We’re looking for an ambitious Aesthetic Sales Executive who is ready to build strong client relationships, drive business growth, and make a real impact in the beauty industry.Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential B2B clients within the beauty, and aesthetic industries to expand the company's market presence.​
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.​
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute effective sales strategies tailored to the B2B market, aligning with the company's objectives and revenue targets.​
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Product Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our beauty products and services to potential clients.​
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.​
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client needs are effectively met.​ Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.​
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.​
  • Experience: Above 3 year work experience in B2B sales, preferably within the beauty, and aesthetic sectors.​
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • Required skills: Sales, Aesthetic Knowledge, Customer Service, Communication Skills, Relationship Building, Closing Techniques
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade diverse stakeholders.​
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of successful deal-making.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to inform strategic decisions.​​
  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently and managing time effectively.​
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.​
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry landscape.
