JOB PURPOSE: This role offers hands-on experience in recipe compliance, product assessment, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll play a key part in supporting innovation and operational efficiency across departments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review recipes and ingredient list to ensure alignment with MYSGBN regulatory standards - Assist in documentation for product registration and market listing - Support the development of packaging - Ensure that harmonized artworks comply accurately and consistently with regulatory guidelines from multiple countries - Participate in sensory and physical product evaluations - Record and manage product information in internal databases - Assist with administrative tasks to support marketing initiatives - Help coordinate sample logistics and documentation for activities - Contribute to business growth by supporting process improvements and new development projects - Work closely with regional R&D and marketing team - Assist in preparing product samples for internal testing and tasting - Maintain lab cleanliness and follow safety protocols WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS: . Currently pursuing a degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field . Relevant work experience in a food-related laboratory is an advantage . Strong attention to detail and organizational skills . Comfortable working in both lab and office environments . Basic proficiency in Excel or data entry tools .
