Design & ConceptualizationConceptualize and develop innovative design solutions for remodel / ground up / conversion that meet brand DNAs, business objectives and project requirementsTranslate the concept design into detailed interior design plan, namely schematic design, construction documents and detailed drawing with specifications2. Project Management & ExecutionOversee project execution from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherenceConduct site inspection to ensure design is compiled according to approved plan and high quality standardsAble to mitigate potential delays and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the project lifecycleCoordinate with related departments, contractors, vendors, consultants, mall management and landlord on assigned projects, keep things moving forward efficiently and productivelySupport maintenance and repair work for assigned areas3.Budgeting & Cost ManagementManage project budgets and ensure effective cost control throughout the projectIdentify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate or better pricing without compromising project qualityManfaat
