Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented tech intern to support our digital transformation initiatives. The intern will assist in clearing configuration backlogs on the JIRA platform, contribute to automation efforts, and support the development of simple dashboards using Microsoft Power Apps.The Day-To-Day Activities

Help review and process configuration-related requests in JIRA (a project management tool).
Assist in updating and managing JIRA workflows, fields, and settings with guidance from the team.
Test features or changes and help document the process and user journey.
Support small automation or scripting tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Create simple dashboards or apps using Power Apps to show task progress and team performance.
Work closely with the team to spot areas for improvement and help document new or updated processes.

About You

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field (minimum CGPA 3.2).
Basic understanding of JIRA or other ticketing/configuration tools.
Familiar with Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Apps) or willing to learn.
Interested in process automation and improving efficiency.
Good at problem-solving, with attention to detail.
Able to follow technical instructions and document work clearly.
Communicates well and works well in a team.
Responsible, motivated, and able to manage time to meet deadlines.

Added Advantage

Experience with JIRA configuration (custom fields, workflows, etc.).
Knowledge of Power Automate or scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript).
Understanding of dashboards and basic data visualization.
