About the Job We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new dining concept specializing in authentic Hunan Chinese cuisine. This is a key leadership role responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, team performance, and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Lead all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing, training, service, and compliance Manage and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service Drive operational efficiency while maintaining high food and service standards Oversee inventory control, ordering, cost management, and vendor relations Monitor business performance, prepare reports, and implement improvement strategies Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build a strong, service-oriented culture Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency Collaborate with marketing for promotions and customer engagement initiatives Qualifications & Experiences Needed At least 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in Chinese or Asian cuisine Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams Strong understanding of F&B operations and cost controls Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficient in English; Mandarin or local language skills are a plus Willing to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
