- Own and deliver annual/quarterly revenue targets for Water Purifier, Air Purifier, and AI Wellness product lines.
- Develop a Malaysia GTM plan by segment: corporate offices, commercial buildings, factories, hospitality, education, healthcare, government offices, and GLCs.
- Prioritize opportunities with strong scalability (multi-site rollouts) and recurring revenue (service contracts, filter replacement programs, AI wellness subscription/analytics where applicable).
- Build a robust pipeline and drive conversion through structured qualification (need, budget, authority, timing, compliance).
- Identify and secure B2B deployments in:
- Office building / shared spaces (AI wellness experience zones)
- Employee wellness initiatives (HR-driven programs)
- Facility upgrades (Facilities/Operations-driven purchases)
- Hospitality & retail (guest experience and air quality/water access improvements)
- Manage complex stakeholder environments: CFO, HR, Facilities, HSE/ESG, Procurement, Legal
- Build account plans, multi-site rollout strategies, and retention/expansion roadmaps.
- Lead QBRs and ensure customer success handover supports renewals and upsells.
- Lead end-to-end management of B2G opportunities: tender monitoring, pre-qualification, RFP/RFQ responses, technical compliance documentation, pricing submissions, presentations, and negotiations.
- Navigate public sector stakeholder structures: ministries/agencies, statutory bodies, local councils, public healthcare/education institutions, GLC procurement teams.
- Coordinate internal bid teams to ensure high-quality submissions with:
- Product compliance and certifications (as applicable)
- Implementation plan, site requirements, training, and service/maintenance approach
- Commercial terms, warranties, SLAs, and delivery schedules
- Ensure strict adherence to procurement ethics, governance, and company compliance standards.
- Identify and manage partners to scale reach:
- Facility Management firms
- Building management companies
- Property developers
- Systems integrators / workplace solution partners
- Corporate wellness program providers
- Structure partner agreements, joint GTM plans, and co-selling motions.
- Build a referral pipeline with landlords, building operators, and multi-site corporate groups.
- Own pricing strategy and deal structuring with finance and leadership to protect margin.
- Lead contract negotiations with legal on terms covering:
- Warranty, SLAs, maintenance schedules
- Consumables replacement programs (filters, parts)
- Implementation milestones, acceptance criteria
- Data/privacy considerations (for AI wellness analytics, if applicable)
- Ensure tight handover to operations/service teams with scope clarity, installation plan, and service commitments.
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline hygiene: stage, probability, close dates, next steps, and stakeholder mapping.
- Provide weekly/monthly forecasts with risk assessment and mitigation plan.
- Track and report market feedback (pricing, competitor moves, tender requirements) to improve offerings and positioning
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 8–12+ years in B2B/B2G sales or business development in Malaysia.
- Proven track record selling to enterprise accounts and/or government/public sector with complex procurement requirements.
- Experience in one or more of these categories is strongly preferred:
- Consumer/Commercial appliances (air/water purification)
- Facilities services or managed services
- Strong competence in consultative selling, proposal writing, tender management, and negotiation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage C-suite and senior government officials.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
