- Maintain, analyze, and reconcile ledger accounts to ensure compliance with generally accepted reporting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper accounting for new or unique transactions.
- Identify and resolve operational issues related to accounting processes and transactions.
- Support business partners in accounting automation initiatives and ad hoc projects.
- Work proactively to troubleshoot and implement solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in responding to ad-hoc requests such as tax audits, year-end audits, and other financial inquiries.
- Academic Qualification: University degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
- Language Competency: Excellent command of the English Language - verbal and written. Mandarin language skills are considered an added advantage
- Skillset: Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (particularly, Excel and PowerPoint), and first-hand experience with SAP or equivalent.

- - Held leadership positions in other organizations, including university.
- - IT Savvy: Motivated to use IT as a tool to improve/enhance capability and efficiency, and keen to be a change agent to bridge the gap between status quo and future desired state(s).
