• Ensure Safety and Sustainability activities and performance comply with all applicable legislation, regulations, and Company requirements.
• Identify, assess, and manage environmental, safety, and health risks related to company operations to minimize exposure and prevent incidents.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain an effective ESH management system aligned with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
• Develop, implement, and review HSE plans and initiatives to ensure continual improvement.
• Prepare and submit relevant ESH reports to internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness across the organization through training and communication programs.
• Support investigations of incidents and non-compliance issues, recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all permits, licenses, and documentation are up to date.
