- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Management, Mass Communication, Marketing Commerce or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually.
- Familiar with the latest generation of social media: FB, Tiktok & Xiaohongshu content creating, etc
- Proficiency in listening, speaking and writing in Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Involve in strategy and content planning .
- Create, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and determine the best digital channels to reach them (e.g., social media, search engines, email, etc.).
- Continuously refine marketing strategies based on data and insights to achieve maximum ROI.
- Coordinate content planning & execution flow.
- Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth integration of digital marketing efforts and lead conversion strategies.
- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
- Manage social media marketing campaigns
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads).
- Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates.
- Use data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to identify and fix barriers to conversions.
- Collaborate with influencers and affiliate marketers to expand the reach of the brand and products.
- Allocate digital marketing budgets effectively across various channels.
- Ensure campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a good return on investment.
- Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and algorithm updates.
- Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
- Analyze , plan and conceptualize new ideas social media ( FB, IG, youtube, etc )
