- Oversee the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, and
- Drive training and development initiatives to build workforce capability.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook.
- Ensure HR operations comply with labour laws and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in F&B, retail, or fast-paced industries is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, HR practices, and payroll systems.
- Proven experience in designing and administering incentive structures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and HRMS platforms.
