Company Description Keyfield Group is primarily engaged in the chartering of Accommodation Work Boats (AWB) and offering related onboard services such as accommodation, catering, housekeeping, laundry, and medical support. The Group owns three AWBs, including Laguna Setia 1, Laguna Setia 2, and Keyfield Falcon, which can accommodate up to 208 and 200 people, respectively. Keyfield Group is committed to providing efficient and high-quality services to meet the unique needs of its clients. Key Responsibilities: Analyse deficiencies, defects, or breakdown reports from vessels and develop action plans for timely recovery with minimal downtime. Ensure the designated group fleets are maintained in excellent working condition. To assist on planning a cost-effective scheme for dry docking of the fleet. To assist handle the new shipbuilding projects for the Group. Ensure shipboard safety and environmental policies comply with international regulations and company procedures. Participate in Safety Management System (SMS) reviews and Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection meetings. Address non-conformities in technical procedures for both ship and shore-based operations. Ensure vessels comply with national and international regulations, Charterer's requirements, and company standards. Conduct regular vessel inspections to verify operational status and preventive maintenance records. Perform internal audits of shipboard safety systems and SMS (both ship and company). Plan and arrange Class surveys, OVID/OSVIS/Pre-Hire Inspections, and ensure vessel certificates remain valid. Provide support for operational matters as required. Work closely with and provide technical support to other Technical Superintendents. Inspect vessel conditions, especially electrical and DP systems, and ensure non-conformities are addressed and resolved. Liaise with equipment makers and third parties for parts and technical support. Assist and advise ship crew during troubleshooting of electrical and DP-related equipment. Monitor the performance of electrical and DP systems to ensure optimal functionality. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, or Certificate of Competency (COC) as Marine Engineering Officer, minimum Class 3. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Maritime/Marine industry. Strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and quick thinking.
