Role Description: We are looking for a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to join our Facilities Management team in Kuala Lumpur. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing building maintenance works, managing repair and refurbishment projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves regular site inspections, contractor coordination, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct inspections and assessments on building structures and civil works. Manage corrective and preventive maintenance activities. Supervise civil and structural repair works. Prepare technical reports and support tender processes. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and consultants. Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Civil Engineer. Background in Facilities Management is an added advantage. Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
