- Create on-brand visual assets for retail, key campaigns, non-campaign, digital content for in-store VM purposes (eg, window displays, launch zone, In-Store Communication (ISC) - print/digital content/campaign setup visuals, store openings, special projects)
- Campaign Planning Creative Support (DTC+WHS). Collaboration with ORT/FRS/WHS to create 3D concept drawings for window, launch zones and in-store category zoning to promote product launches and seasonal themes.
- Adapt and localize the Global / EM / SEA creative toolkit assets for the Malaysia market
- LED Content Management, plotting of LED Content in all DTC Stores (ORT/FRS - Own Retail & Franchise)
- Ensure full understanding of products/collections/campaigns before developing any communication tools support.
- Creative Support collaboration with Brand Graphic Designer / Project Lead for Store Openings / Manager for Store Localisation, Dwel Space localization, Creative Support.
- To source/work with the VM Team to develop tools for Retail Window / VM Directives. I.e., to look through global brand assets via the internet/tools briefing deck.
- Align with brand marketing strategy and direction, create attractive concepts to be used for in-store seasonal display
- Preparing creative concept, design proposal, and presentation to stakeholders
- Proactively study and understand the brand creative concept direction, adapt and enhance to suit the local store environment.
- Plan and organize a creative schedule to ensure that all are submitted by the deadline set.
- Participate in store visits, team meetings to establish design strategies
- Props Sourcing (VM Enhancement) for Retail Stores (DTC).
- Collaborate with Area VM Execution Leads / VM Team to curate VM & mannequin styling directive,
- Support openings / Ad hoc / Special project setups whenever needed (al channels)
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design/ Fashion Design / Visual Communication or related field
- 3+ Years of experience in graphic design and/or styling (retail/fashion/lifestyle preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Good eye for composition, color, typography, and current fashion trends.
- Knowledge of styling, fashion merchandising, and retail display principles.
- Familiarity with photo shoot production, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment under tight deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both design and styling work.
- A collaborative, team-player attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in sportswear, lifestyle, or fashion brands
- Basic photography or video editing skills.
- Understanding of retail operations and VM strategy
