- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers, identifying up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase average order value.
- Proactively follow up on inbound enquiries from e‑commerce platforms and third‑party marketplaces to convert leads into active customer accounts.
- Prepare technical quotations and provide professional sales support throughout the end‑to‑end sales process.
- Execute initiatives to increase registered users on the e‑commerce platform through targeted outreach and optimisation activities.
- Support traditional B2B customers in transitioning to digital purchasing, ensuring a smooth onboarding and first‑purchase experience.
- Implement re‑engagement strategies to reactivate inactive accounts and drive consistent repeat‑purchase behaviour.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations across third‑party e‑commerce marketplaces, ensuring product listings, pricing, and orders are accurate.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics partners to ensure stock availability and timely fulfilment across regional markets.
- Maintain accurate and real‑time data alignment between e‑commerce platforms and internal systems.
- Act as a central point of coordination for regional offices, providing visibility into sales performance and user trends.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports tracking sales targets, conversion rates, and user growth metrics.
- Experience in B2B sales support, inside sales, or e‑commerce account management, ideally within an industrial or technical environment.
- Commercially minded with a strong drive to achieve targets and identify growth opportunities.
- Fluent in English, with Mandarin language skills highly advantageous.
- Confident using Excel and CRM/ERP systems, with the ability to quickly grasp technical products and specifications.
- Highly organised and detail‑focused, able to manage high transaction volumes across multiple platforms.
