As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving B2B e‑commerce sales performance by converting inbound leads, expanding existing and new accounts, and supporting customers through digital onboarding. You will also manage marketplace operations, coordinate regional fulfillment, and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers, identifying up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase average order value.
  • Proactively follow up on inbound enquiries from e‑commerce platforms and third‑party marketplaces to convert leads into active customer accounts.
  • Prepare technical quotations and provide professional sales support throughout the end‑to‑end sales process.
  • Execute initiatives to increase registered users on the e‑commerce platform through targeted outreach and optimisation activities.
  • Support traditional B2B customers in transitioning to digital purchasing, ensuring a smooth onboarding and first‑purchase experience.
  • Implement re‑engagement strategies to reactivate inactive accounts and drive consistent repeat‑purchase behaviour.
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations across third‑party e‑commerce marketplaces, ensuring product listings, pricing, and orders are accurate.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics partners to ensure stock availability and timely fulfilment across regional markets.
  • Maintain accurate and real‑time data alignment between e‑commerce platforms and internal systems.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for regional offices, providing visibility into sales performance and user trends.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports tracking sales targets, conversion rates, and user growth metrics.

  • Experience in B2B sales support, inside sales, or e‑commerce account management, ideally within an industrial or technical environment.
  • Commercially minded with a strong drive to achieve targets and identify growth opportunities.
  • Fluent in English, with Mandarin language skills highly advantageous.
  • Confident using Excel and CRM/ERP systems, with the ability to quickly grasp technical products and specifications.
  • Highly organised and detail‑focused, able to manage high transaction volumes across multiple platforms.
