Job Responsibility Mix ingredients according to recipes to produce breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods. Prepare bread, pastries, and other items following the specified formulas and scheduled standards. Follow the production schedule and meet the daily quota for the number of goods to be produced. Comply with company standard operating procedures, food safety standards, and Halal requirements. Maintain the baking area premises in a neat, clean, and hygienic condition. Job Requirements Any qualification with a good working attitude. Preferably with related courses or relevant working experience. Normal working hours: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, 6 days a week. Required to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as per duty roster.
