Keysight's Global Sales operation team is looking for a global project lead to help enable new processes and capabilities in support of key business strategies and enterprise and downstream applications. You will be responsible for Business Functional Support including functional design, process and training documentation, deployment, and application setups, and managing enhancements through a project lifecycle. You will collaborate with high performing teams and cross functional partners as needed. Responsibilities Contribute to hands-on investigation of functional issues and requirements, lead requirements analysis including global rationalization, and identify the required process and/or techno solutions required for viable end to end solutions in partnership as needed with other teams. Execute and manage testing and defect management for End to end transactional, User experience, Regression, and new enhancements/Solutions. Familiarity with most Keysight Sales and Marketing/Service policies and compliance needs. Drive effectiveness and efficiency in all processes and tools while maintaining business continuity. Anticipate and resolve potential conflicts. Innovate to quickly deliver stable operations. Perform business application administration setups and performance management activities. Project Management, Lean Six Sigma or PMI/Agile certification is highly preferred. Qualifications Bachelors/Master or equivalent degree plus a minimum of 8-10 years relevant experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team worker with ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet aggressive delivery schedules. Self-motivated, excellent attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a global environment including flexibility to adjust daily work schedule to accommodate early morning or evening calls as needed. Comfortable with remote/virtual reporting and mentoring relationship Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Easily adapts to change and can cope with uncertainty and risk.
