This role is crucial in designing, developing, testing, and implementing business applications while ensuring continuous maintenance and improvement of existing systems. The successful candidate will lead and support a team of developers, manage project delivery, collaborate with users and vendors, and maintain high system availability and performance.Job Responsibilities:

Designing, developing, testing and implementing applications as per business requirement.
Providing maintenance support by investigating and rectifying the reported shortcomings.
Maintaining computer systems and programming guidelines according to policies and procedures.
Project management with users and vendors ensuring adherence of defined standards.
Responsible for providing a high level of operational availability and constant system improvement initiatives.
Assisting reporting manager supervising team, application development and support resources.
People management responsibilities include staff motivation, training needs, career development, build and maintain trust and respect.
Leading in release planning for product support that includes upgrade strategies

Qualifications & Experiences Needed:

Candidates must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): MS SQL Server and Visual Basic.NET.
