Job Highlights Bonus, Dental, Medical Claim, Body Checkup Annual Dinner, Attendance, Optical and Sport Allowance Team Building and Employee Discounts Key Responsibilities(based on role level): For Senior Account Executive: Supervise the daily workflow of the Accounting Department Review and verify reports and financial data for accuracy Lead and manage the e-Invoicing implementation Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and efficiency Handle cross-department support on accounting/payment-related matters Lead the Accounts Receivable function and ensure timely collections Work closely with the CFO on planning, performance, and improvements Prepare and generate monthly commission reports for full-time, part-time, office, and export staff Train new employees from other departments on accounting procedures For Account Executive: Assist in preparing and verifying accounting records and reports Support e-Invoice processing and documentation Handle payment entries and ensure proper filing Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting-related queries Support month-end closing activities and reporting Follow up on receivables and assist in generating commission reports Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field For Senior Account Executive: Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role For Account Executive: Minimum 1 to 2 years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of financial reporting, as well as accounts payable and receivable management, and internal audit procedures Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset Familiarity with e-Invoicing, Autocount accounting software, and internal controls is a plus Show more Show less
