This role provides hands‑on exposure to how a leading online marketplace delivers services behind the scenes, with a focus on coordination, accuracy, and operational excellence (minimal direct client contact).What You’ll Do

Support the execution of fulfilment tasks such as product listings, campaign setups, and content uploads
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product) to gather required inputs and track progress
Perform quality checks to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
Update internal systems and documentation upon task completion
Assist with basic reporting on fulfilment activities and turnaround times
Contribute ideas to improve workflows, including simple automation or AI‑assisted processes where relevant

Who We’re Looking For

Students currently pursuing or recently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
Able to commit full‑time to the Prodi‑G internship period (13 weeks)
Organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with guidance
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; Excel knowledge is a plus
Interest in operations, e‑commerce, or marketplaces is an advantage
