- Supports the property MCM to execute the commercial marketing plan for the hotel, including tactical marketing plans and strategies for the hotel that creatively focus on demand generation across Rooms, F&B, Spa & MICE.
- Produces creative content to a high standard that drives awareness, engagement and conversion, including the creation of content marketing assets such as photography or video, to deliver on commercial marketing requirements.
- Keep up to date with social media trends and identify ways to tap into trends that suit the property and its marketing goals.
- Work alongside the communications team to track local/national/global social media influencers and suggest possible partnership opportunities for tactical/content marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and track key competitor social media activity.
- Regularly review and update brand.com focusing on merchandising, offers and regional updates and initiatives where necessary, and ensure that hotel brand site passes any and all regional audits.
- Supports the F&B team in ensuring product information and accuracy, and on-brand images on any external T&D platforms.
- Executes the hotel's social media strategy to reflect the hotel's brand position and demand-driver USP proposition from ideation and performance tracking and analysis.
- Responsible for preparing social media organic & paid content specifically for ESP and ensuring that property passes all audits.
- Stay up to date with new features rolled out across social media channels and actively develop plans and strategies to use new/updated features.
- Measures and communicates success of campaigns and digital performance using relevant reports tools including Facebook Analytics, Social Bakers and Adobe Analytics.
- Liaise with the communications team to undertake the production of hotel and promotional collaterals including eDMs, posters, flyers, and in-house guest communication assets.
- Assists the MCM in producing monthly reports.
- Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience in social media content marketing execution.
- Strong communications skills - verbal, written and analytical skills.
- Strong planning skills.
- Good project management and time management skills.
- A team player and highly driven for results.
- Good understanding of social trends and the local media landscape.
- Due to work pass restriction, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
