Company: ParagonCorp Malaysia Department: Human Resources Location: Malaysia Job Summary The HR Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by ensuring efficient administrative processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment and HR initiatives. This role plays a key part in supporting HR operations and delivering a smooth employee experience across the organization. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily HR operations. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately. Assist in recruitment coordination including scheduling interviews, preparing interview documentation, and candidate communication. Support onboarding and offboarding processes including preparation of HR documents and employee files. Coordinate internship programs and assist with related administrative tasks. Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation when required. Assist in payroll preparation by ensuring employee data and records are accurate and up to date. Support HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement, employer branding, and internal events. Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations. Handle general HR inquiries from employees in a professional and timely manner. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations. Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR are encouraged to apply. Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Preferred Skills Experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition activities. Familiarity with HR systems or HRIS tools. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
