Provide application support and enhancement for applications used in the bank. Perform Level 2 and 3 of production support Perform problem investigation - problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition, development, and implementation. Understand the system design and provide impact analysis to any changes. Perform enhancement and defect fixing at code level. Manage system risks and conjure improvements to mitigate and manage risks Work closely with users to understand their needs & issues. Application Technical Support on either of the following: Applications based on Java technology and WebLogic/ Websphere/ JBoss OR Applications based on .NET technology and Microsoft IIS Platform Knowledge on Linux/ UNIX OR Windows Server. Database knowledge on MS SQL OR Oracle database. Knowledge in Banking IT environment will be a plus. 24 x 7 offsite standby support on rotational basis. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same capacity. Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and team player.
