IT Systems & Operations Administrator Role Summary We are seeking a highly capable IT Systems & Operations Administrator to manage and enhance the sophisticated digital infrastructure powering our AI-enabled cybersecurity platform. This role focuses on optimizing, scaling, and maintaining resilient multi-cloud and hybrid environments to the highest standards of performance and security. Acting as a bridge between cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), hybrid server management (Windows/Linux), and endpoint security operations, you will serve as a key technical partner reporting directly to the Founder. Your work will ensure our internal systems reflect the same innovation and security excellence we deliver to global clients. Key Responsibilities 1. Multi-Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Management Manage and secure AWS and Azure environments, including IAM policies, VPC/VNet configurations, and high-availability architecture. Maintain and strengthen hybrid server infrastructure (Windows Server - Active Directory/Entra ID and Linux - Ubuntu/CentOS). Oversee and regularly test backup and disaster recovery protocols to safeguard proprietary AI models and datasets. Monitor system performance and implement scaling strategies to meet computational demands. 2. Dual MDM & Endpoint Orchestration Administer endpoint environments using a dual-MDM strategy: Mosyle for macOS fleet management via Apple Business Manager (ABM) zero-touch deployment. Microsoft Intune for Windows devices, mobile endpoints, and compliance enforcement. Enforce strict security policies including encryption, MFA, and patch management. Automate device provisioning and software deployment to ensure seamless onboarding experiences. 3. Strategic Partnership & Optimization Partner directly with the Founder to evaluate and integrate next-generation infrastructure tools. Monitor cloud resource usage and licensing to optimize costs and performance. Stay informed on emerging AI infrastructure and cybersecurity trends to maintain industry-leading standards. 4. Advanced IT Operations & Asset Security Manage the full lifecycle of hardware assets and software licenses. Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation support for internal teams. Ensure compliance with internal security frameworks and regulatory requirements, including the Malaysian PDPA. Professional Expectations Proactive problem-solving mindset.
