Field Support Engineer (Junior Level)

Body:Job Description:-

Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Managing all site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
Perform post-sales project implementation and techncial support
Provide technical solution as and when required
Responsible to monitor and maintain access network

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Willing to travel - must have driver's license (own car compulsory)
Working experience in setting up/installation of IT
Able to work immediately
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Min professional certification required CA1C & CA2. Preferred certification on CCNA, Tp-link, AirTies, Microsoft, Huawei, Amazon, Googles
Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
