What you will do: Promote and sell Bancassurance products through the bank nationwide, mainly to High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients. Plan strategies to grow Insurance sales in the bank's affluent and HNW customer segments Work closely with Wealth Management teams to include insurance as part of clients' overall wealth-planning solutions. Join and support sales/marketing events to acquire new business opportunities. Provide excellent client service and after-sales support to build long-term relationships. Manage relationships with internal teams and external insurance partners. What you need to succeed: Strong understanding of HNW clients' insurance and wealth needs. Minimum 3 years working experience in Banca sales or mixed products with notable achievements in sales Strong sales skills and ability to advise and drive revenue.
