Job Requirements:

Candidate possesses a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field is an added advantage
Minimum 3 years working experience in sales management in FMCG Industry
Good leadership skills and teamwork
Must be mature, passionate and able to work independently
Must be able to multi-task and have good follow through of tasks at hand
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good communication and negotiation skills
Good command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
Must be willing to travel within assigned territories.
For example, Kuching covers areas in Kuching & Sibu meanwhile Miri will covers areas in Miri, Bintulu & Brunei

Job Scopes:

Formulate and implementing sales plan to achieve targeted sales and distribution objectives
Manage business partners by working with the management to achieve synergy
Manage sales personnel by conducting fieldwork and coaching
Review ageing and collection status to minimize dispute and late payments
To have good rapport with business partner, sales personnel and customer
