About the job STORE MANAGERResponsibilities: To prepare work plan to ensure smooth store operation; stimulate sales to achieve/exceed company budget; to lead subordinates to enhance the image and hygiene of the outlet; to constantly achieve GP as required; ability to manage inventory, ensuring sufficient stock supplies and minimize stock shrinkage; to monitor cash handling; to understand new product and convey new product information to retail crews; provide up to date market information to superior and other ad hoc duties related to the position.
Minimum SPM/STPM and above in related field.
Minimum 2 years working experience in the same or related field. Salary RM2.5K and above.
Strong leadership skills and decision-making ability.
Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in time management.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
