Represent the Company, promote and prospect for new customers. Responsible to maintain and protect Company's image. Identify potential market for business development and penetration. Order taking, price quotations, liaison with customers on pre-production requirement (i.e. artwork, printing requirements) and providing all necessary information to ensure goods are produced to customers' specifications and delivered on time. To carry out daily sales activities with full integrity, responsibility, and commitment. Credit assessment and recommendation on new customers, ensure its compliance to credit control guidelines. Handle customers' complaints and verification of defective products which include liaise with factory for collection of rejected goods, prepare and complete relevant column in the complaint form and forward to Customers Service Executive for processing. To ensure timely collection of amounts due from customers. Take appropriate action to reduce Company's exposure to bad debts upon receipt of adverse information regarding any debtors. Update Management Team on competitors' activities and market intelligence on regular basis. Ensure the effective implementation of ISO9001, ISO14001 and Occupational Safety & Health procedures in the Sales Department. Provide good customer service to other departments and promote teamwork spirits among the sales team with other departments. Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the superior / HOD as and when required from time to time Job Requirement Degree in any related field. Min 5 years working experience in the sales / corporate sales are all welcome.
