  • Proactively identify and acquire new high-net-worth individual and corporate clients, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable banking products and services.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients through regular communication, financial reviews, and tailored advice on investments, loans, and other financial instruments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction, retention, and wallet share.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments for client proposals, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial solutions to clients, including product features, benefits, and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product specialists, credit teams, and legal departments, to deliver seamless client service.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of client interactions and transactions.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with a focus on corporate or high-net-worth clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets (e.g., loans, deposits, investments, trade finance).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, assess risks, and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Proficiency in other languages (e.g., Mandarin) is an added advantage.
