Job Responsibility Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment. Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping (manual and digital). Prepare reports, letters, and other documents as required Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain proper documentation for internal audits or external inspections. Assist in coordinating daily operational activities. Liaise with vendors, clients, and logistics partners to ensure smooth workflow. Support inventory management and stock monitoring. Help in preparing delivery schedules, job orders, or work instructions Monitor and follow up on project progress or task completion Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Job Requirements Based Location at Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya. At Least Diploma holder Minimum 3 years working experience in this field Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia in spoken and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time management skills. Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
