- Drive long‑term impact by generating new sales opportunities through distributor channels and converting them into sustainable partnerships.
- Deliver insights that matter by preparing regular performance reports, forecasts, and key account metrics for stakeholders.
- Own the numbers — achieve and exceed sales targets/budgets across assigned territories through effective distributor management.
- Educate and inspire distributors by articulating the clinical and economic benefits of Baxter products, enabling them to position solutions confidently to hospitals.
- Be the local expert for Commercial Leaders, Sales Managers, distributors, and customers on assigned product lines.
- Elevate distributor capability by collaborating with regional Product Managers to enhance product knowledge, deliver impactful training, and co‑organize clinical seminars and symposiums.
- Degree in Nursing, Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in distributor management and hospital account handling within the medical devices/equipment industry.
- Proven ability to manage territories/regions independently and strategically.
- Experience in tender management and distributor negotiations is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated track record of high‑performance sales management and consistent target achievement.
- Skilled in conducting CME and product training sessions for healthcare professionals in collaboration with distributors.
- Ability to manage multiple portfolios and distributor networks simultaneously with agility and focus.
