Assistant Manager, Operation Intelligence (Business Analyst)

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the manager in shaping project direction, refining problem statements, and contributing to strategy and planning.
• Independently solve complex operational or analytical issues with minimal guidance, using sound judgment and a structured approach.
• Provide light mentoring and guidance to junior team members to maintain quality and troubleshoot challenges.
• Step in to drive and execute projects as needed, ensuring timelines, alignment, and clarity of deliverables.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and align on solutions.
• Collaborate across departments to translate business challenges into clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools (primarily Google Sheets or Looker Studio) with a focus on clarity, automation, and scalability.
• Document processes, workflows, and insights clearly and consistently.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency through data-driven suggestions.

• 4–6 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or relevant analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus.
• Strong execution ability — able to manage tasks end-to-end without close supervision.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capability, especially when working with incomplete, ambiguous, or messy datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and present to senior management effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to simplify complex analysis into actionable insights.
• A proactive, curious mindset with willingness to challenge assumptions and explore new methods.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous, or startup-like environments is a strong advantage.
