Digital Marketing Assistant

• Monitor campaign trends: ROI, GMV, Spend, CTR

• Identify performance drops and apply corrective action based on SOP

• Maintain and scale campaigns showing growth with positive ROI

• Coordinate with clients to launch new campaigns and products

• Select and apply Creative Boost or Max Delivery settings for top creatives

• Adjust products and campaigns based on stock status and ROI targets

• Maintain campaign tracking in Google Sheets

• Review campaign metrics: CTR, CPC, Spend, GMV, ROI

• Detect underspending or overspending and flag issues to supervisor

• Apply budget adjustments only with approval

• Check with clients for upcoming product launches or restocks

• Communicate with livestream clients regarding timing or schedule changes

• Update clients on performance reports , highlight key wins and issues

• Reporting and documentation

• Update weekly/monthly reports with Tik Tok dashboard data

• Record spend, ROI, creative performance and Top SKUs

• Brief clients on past week performance and align weekly action plans

• Prepare for D-Day or P-Day campaigns (key SKU focus, livestream support, awareness video strategy)

• Confirm client Tik Tok ad balances and follow up on top-ups if needed

• No experience required

• Good attitude and willing to learn

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Comfortable using spreadsheets, Tik Tok Ads and basic reporting tools

• Able to follow SOPs strictly and execute based on predefined strategy

• Good communication skills (client follow-up, weekly summaries)

• Interest or experience in digital advertising, especially Tik Tok, is a plus

• Able to work independently and in a team setting
