Supervise manufacturing processes to ensure quality output is achieved safely and efficiently.Collaborate with engineers to develop strategies that enhance production, reduce costs, and optimize labor usage.

Diagnose production line issues and provide effective solutions, including staff training where necessary.
Establish and enforce safety procedures and protocols that protect workers and support sustainability goals.
Stay updated with advancements in engineering and production, and actively share knowledge with the team.
Identify, document, and report unsafe practices to maintain a safe working environment.
Analyze all aspects of production and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and quality.

Job Requirements:

Japanese Speaking is a must (JLPT1 or JLPT2)
Fresh graduate
