Responsibilities Verifying incoming documents from customers and Schenker internal department's customer service before printing and handover to Senior Officer, Customs Declaration. Responsible for monitoring and acknowledging mail requests from customers and Schenker internal department's customer service within the timeline. Following up on shipment status with field operations and updating the requestor if any discrepancies arise. Accepting any other job responsibilities assigned by the Superior / Assistant Manager. Job responsibilities are subject to revision. Qualifications Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Alternatively, SPM with a minimum of two (2) years' working experience in the logistics industry. Knowledge of the Customs Management System would be an advantage. Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
