Job Requirement:Responsibilities:Participate in coding, developing, and back-end system support on existing and/ or new systems.Develop and maintain standard and customised application.Respond to client/user inquiries and addressing technical issues via email and Jira.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues reported by clients/users.Provide support for integrating and troubleshooting SOAP and REST APIs with client/user.Assist client/user in understanding and utilizing API functionalities effectively.Maintain technical documentation for internal use.Requirements:Good command of spoken and written English is a must.Good attitude, hardworking and willing to learn.Essential Technical Skills / Knowledge:Experience with programming language such as .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, JavaScript.Experience with relational database (e.g.: MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD principles and related (e.g. Docker, Jenkins, Git).
