- Achieve annual Group B40 claim payout, member assisted and microtakaful production targets.
- Analyze Group B40 and mikrotakaful current performance metrics (e.g., claim payouts, members assisted) in your respective region and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance, motivation and support Group B40 crews to ensure high productivity and alignment with department goals.
- Monitor and evaluate Group B40 crew performance through regular reporting and feedback sessions.
- Address Group B40 crew performance issues promptly and implement improvement plans as necessary.
- Identify and build partnerships with organizations, NGOs, and corporates to expand the reach and accessibility of Group B40 coverage.
- Work closely with claims teams to streamline claim processes, reducing turnaround time and improving user experience.
- Support the development of strategies to increase Group B40 enrollment and engagement, including the integration of microtakaful solutions.
- Plan, organize, and execute outreach events to promote Group B40 and microtakaful awareness, and educate the public about its benefits, especially among the B40 segment.
- Coordinate with community leaders, NGOs, and local governments to maximize event participation and impact.
- Ensure that events align with Group B40’s objectives, including increasing claim submissions and driving financial literacy.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, marketing, and on-site execution.
- Collect feedback and data during events to measure success and improve future initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, government relations, or stakeholder management.
- Experience in public health, social security, or insurance schemes is a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and government public relations practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse groups.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities. Passion for social impact and community development initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently as required. Has the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who can deliver under pressure and results-driven mindset. Is resourceful, self-starter, and independent.
- Has in-depth knowledge of Life Insurance and Takaful. Well-versed in the Takaful Act with a strong understanding of Shariah principles.
- Has high adaptability and problem-solving abilities in dealing with diverse stakeholders and situations.
