- Prepares menu items in strict accordance with set recipes
- Adheres to all Hyatt Hotels hygiene standards and local hygiene laws
- Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
- Stores foods in designated areas.
- Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils, segregates and removes garbage
- Coordinates with Sales Department and follow up the Food request and meeting room setup in BEO. Makes sure to provide satisfied service to meeting planners and meeting guests.
- Coordinates with suppliers or contractors to ensures the daily maintenance and monthly deep cleanness of all kitchen equipments
- Prepare foods for Employee Restaurants on daily basis
- Always comply with FIFO (first in/first out) process of Kitchen
- Familiar with daily mis en place, menu and presentation of foods.
