Receive work orders and coordinate work to fit schedule as assigned by Lead Electrician.
Estimate time and materials required on work order.
Maintain facility helpdesk call system, watts-up, mechanical alarm systems.
Repair electric motors, controllers and other auxiliary electrical devices.
Install new wiring and electrical machinery; work from prints and diagrams to determine layout, location, and specifications of items to install.
Isolate and repair defective circuits as required.
Dismantle electrical machinery and break connections; replace defective parts; reassemble, and test for proper operation.
Check and repair lighting systems at campus
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition following prescribed safety regulations.
Assist the fire alarm testing company, as needed, to maintain facility fire alarm system.

Minimum Skills/Abilities

Read schematic and troubleshooting of M&E issues.
Have good communication skills.

Certification/Licensure

Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering
2-3 years working experience as technician in building, factory or hospital
