TanggungjawabClient Onboarding & Implementation
  • Guide new customers through the complete onboarding process from initial setup to full adoption
  • Conduct product walkthroughs and initial configuration sessions
  • Create and maintain onboarding documentation and best practices
  • Ensure smooth handoff from sales team to successful implementation
  • Set clear expectations and timelines for the onboarding journey
Training & Education
  • Deliver comprehensive product training sessions (both group and 1-on-1)
  • Create and update training materials, video tutorials, and user guides
  • Identify knowledge gaps and provide targeted education
  • Conduct regular webinars and workshops on product features and updates
  • Train customer teams on best practices and advanced features
Customer Support & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with technical team when needed
  • Monitor customer health metrics and usage patterns
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients
Customer Retention & Growth
  • Proactively identify and address potential churn risks
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate product improvement suggestions to the product team
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT)
  • Develop strategies to increase product adoption and engagement
