- Strong headhunting and sourcing capability, especially within the insurance talent pool.
- Ability to engage and influence high-calibre candidates.
- High ownership; operating like a business partner, not just a support function.
- Strong judgement in assessing candidate quality.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.
- An incredible desire for accuracy and detail-orientedness.
