  • Own and deliver senior insurance and technology hires.
  • Build high-quality, targeted pipelines.
  • Drive proactive headhunting and market mapping for niche talent.
  • Act as a strong filter and partner to hiring managers on candidate quality.
  • Lead candidate engagement, conversion, and offer closing for senior roles.
  • Design and execute role-specific hiring strategies.
  • Identify and resolve hiring bottlenecks quickly to maintain momentum.
  • Maintain strong hiring discipline and visibility across pipelines and outcomes.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
  • Proven ability to hire senior / niche roles successfully.
  • Strong headhunting and sourcing capability, especially within the insurance talent pool.
  • Ability to engage and influence high-calibre candidates.
  • High ownership; operating like a business partner, not just a support function.
  • Strong judgement in assessing candidate quality.
  • Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.
  • An incredible desire for accuracy and detail-orientedness.
  • The ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
