Job DescriptionThe Warehouse Service Administrator will be based at the branch office and oversee inventory management, order coordination and administrative processes to ensure efficient warehouse operations. This role ensures system accuracy, smooth order processing, and efficient coordination of inventory audits, internal audits, logistics, and warehouse activities.Responsibilities:1. Inventory Management & Stock Control
Manage daily inbound and outbound stock movements with accuracy
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper stock placement and adherence to warehouse organization standards
Maintain inventory records and update warehouse systems
2. Order Processing & Logistic
Manage stock requests and returns (including used parts)
Oversee order tracking and ensure timely completion
Address order discrepancies promptly to minimize delays
3. Administrative & Compliance Tasks
Prepare and submit monthly utility bills, ME claims (tools, mileage, tolls, subsidy) and operational receipts
Maintain accurate logistics and service operation records
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external audits
4. Forecasting & Reporting
Perform inventory forecasting to meet operational demands.
Generate weekly and monthly inventory performance reports.
Conduct monthly stock audits to ensure system accuracy.
5. Cross-Team Coordination
Act as a liaison between warehouse, branch and stakeholders
Provide administrative support to branch leadership
Assist in resolving operational issues efficiently and proactively
Job Requirement:
Education: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft excel
