- Craft detailed digital media strategy & plan for the line of business, setting clear marketing objectives with the stakeholders & agencies, including target segmentation, communication strategies and media-mix.
- Drive end-to-end campaign execution (e.g. ad campaign structure & setups, UTM tagging, media schedules, creative variations, etc) and handle day-to-day operations to ensure paid digital media campaigns delivered on time.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage campaign ideation, activation and executions.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement A/B test framework to optimize campaigns for better results.
- Generate campaign reports with actionable insights to identify improvement opportunities.
- Plan and manage digital media budgets efficiently, forecasting results and maximize ROI to meet business objectives.
- Conduct digital ad implementation audits to ensure the setup is optimal and adhering to the best practices.
- Create clear and concise creative and media brief to guide campaign development.
- Set the right KPIs, report and oversee the effectiveness of paid digital marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement & optimization.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing strategy development, planning & execution, with exposure to telco or service-based industry is a plus point.
- Experience working with data and able to setup KPIs, tracking and reporting to capture key metrics. Able to use data storytelling to articulate & craft sounding media strategy, plan and recommendations.
- Great communication skills with strong stakeholder management, organizational and project management skills.
- Conversant on web & app analytics tools like Google Analytics or Appsflyer and experience in planning for A/B test strategy.
- Keen eye on visuals and good copy with experience giving feedback on creative or brainstorm for new concepts.
- Prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making decisions.
