JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-Assist the Head of Internal Audit in developing and implementing a risk-based annual audit plan, including business process risk assessments and project scheduling.Support engagement planning by preparing, executing, and updating audit programs, while identifying emerging issues that may impact the audit plan.Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with departmental standards, evaluate internal controls, and supervise staff throughout audit assignments.Identify and assess risk and control weaknesses, provide practical recommendations, escalate issues promptly, and follow up on outstanding audit matters.Prepare clear and concise audit reports detailing findings, risks, and impacts on operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.JOB REQUIREMENTS:-Degree in finance, banking, accounting, or a related fieldAICB Professional Credit Certification will be added advantageAt least 8-10 years of experience in credit risk management, including credit products, risk management, and operations, is essential.#LI-JACMY#StateKL
