  • Oversee the yearly procurement budget, including forecasting, capital expenditure planning, and cost management.

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least seven years of hands‑on procurement experience, preferably within construction‑related sectors.
  • Proven background in managing contracts and cultivating strong supplier partnerships.
  • Experience supporting procurement for data centers, cleanrooms, or commercial facilities is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to working across the Asia Pacific region is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities and vendor management expertise, with a track record of achieving cost savings.
  • Knowledge of supply chains related to subsea cable installation, marine operations, or vessel procurement is a significant plus.
  • Excellent analytical abilities combined with strong leadership and negotiation skills.
