- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, printers, and network equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCs, network connectivity, email access, and internal applications.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, antivirus checks, and backups.
- Manage IT documentation, asset inventory, and internal helpdesk records.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, procurements, or system upgrades.
- Support IT-related projects, system rollouts, and new user onboarding activities.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and data protection standards.
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or equivalent fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and computer hardware.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn and grow.
