Bhd., are a BPO and Technology Solutions provider, where innovation meets excellence.As we continue our rapid expansion, we are on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as IT Executive, supporting our internal operations by ensuring smooth day-to-day technical functionality and maintaining our IT infrastructure.PositionIT Executive (Based in Sungai Petani)Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, printers, and network equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCs, network connectivity, email access, and internal applications.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, updates, antivirus checks, and backups.
  • Manage IT documentation, asset inventory, and internal helpdesk records.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, procurements, or system upgrades.
  • Support IT-related projects, system rollouts, and new user onboarding activities.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and data protection standards.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or equivalent fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and computer hardware.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn and grow.
