- A member of the Southeast Asia IT Team and collaborate with the Centre of Excellence team to support functional teams and vendors to ensure end-to-end user computing and service requirements are met.
- Provide technical guidance to internal users regarding use of computers and networks to satisfy business needs.
- Active participation in the implementation of technology infrastructure and daily operational responsibilities, such as perform technology refresh on Windows 11, MacOS, Microsoft O365, Linux, iOS, Android, etc.
- Comfortable in working in a fast-paced work environment and can provide timely solution required by the business.
- Document how to guide, root cause and resolution in assigned ServiceNow tickets to facilitate knowledge article generation and perform regular updates on IT asset inventory.
- Actively seek out developmental opportunities for growth, act as strong brand ambassadors for the firm as well as share their knowledge and experience with others.
- Respect the needs of their colleagues and build up cooperative relationships.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related discipline.
- Good written and oral English communication skills is essential
- 2years working experience in supporting more than 200 users.
- Able to work independently and proactively in a team environment.
- Ability to perform PowerShell or other scripting would be prioritized.
- Experience with image deployment using Microsoft SCCM, Intune Autopilot, and administering Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Experience in supporting laptops and mobile devices such as iPhone/iPad/Android, etc.
- Certified in ITIL foundation 4 or Microsoft Certifications.
