- Act as the primary focal point of communication for all assigned projects.
- Manage customer relationships through weekly, monthly, or quarterly reviews to discuss deliveries, commitments, and account progress.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Present information effectively to both internal and external executive management.
- Coordinate engineering, purchasing, planning, and production activities to meet customer requests.
- Monitor all project phases via detailed reports and maintain transparent communication with the client.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is received from customers for successful New Product Introductions (NPI) and engineering changes.
- Coordinate with the CFT to ensure compliance with agreed targets (Quality, Testing, Materials, and Processes).
- Ensure the profitability of the assigned program and adhere to contract agreements/Statement of Work (SOW).
- Manage "scope creep" to maintain quoted financial performance.
- Approve changes to standard costs, update sales prices, and claim raw material premiums or Purchase Price Variance (PPV) when applicable.
- Monitor, report, and troubleshoot Accounts Receivables (AR).
- Implement and review cost-reduction and localization programs with the customer.
- Monitor and ensure timely implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO).
- Communicate cost impacts to customers to recover Excess & Obsolete (E&O) costs.
- Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Ability to read and analyze technical operations, supply chain, and financial reports.
- Strong ability to forecast revenue and control costs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a "people-oriented" personality.
- Numerically inclined with strong logical thinking and business acumen.
- Ability to work independently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
