Responsibilities: To understand and familiar with the whole process flow and control at processing section; to enforce company policies, quality, safety and food safety policies; to plan & schedule manpower, materials, product and machines effectively; to oversee work flow and performance of workers in terms of accuracy, speed and quality of work; to ensure works are carried out in accordance to specification, optimization of resources usage and meet quality and safety requirements; to supervise daily activities & to ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) has been practiced; to ensure workers perform their duties at orderly manner at each section as stated in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP); to provide on-the job training for new workers to ensure they understand their job function; and to inspect processing line and checks for sanitation and safety conformance among workers.
Diploma in Food Technology.
Minimum 3 years working experience in the same or related field. Salary RM2.2K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
Basic mathematics skills required.
Strong leadership skills
Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
