Company background:We are representing a international paper and packaging Group, with production operations across 30 countries and 24,000 employees. As their business expanding, they are hiring HR and Admin Executive to join the team based in Shah Alam.Job Scope:
  • Assist with day-to-day operation of the HR function and duties.
  • Handle recruitment process as posting advertisement, assist in sourcing candidates, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, employment contracts and aligned with local regulations, company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and assist the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage work pass application including monitoring expiry dates of passport/ work permits, FOMEMA check-up, hostel management, transportation etc.
  • Compile, update and manage employee records.
  • Processing payroll and benefits administrations.
  • Maintain personnel annual leave records, salary records, absenteeism and disciplinary records.
  • Responsible for matters pertaining to statutory contributions and requirements.
  • Coordinate HR projects – meetings, training, survey employee welfare activities.
  • Responsible for administration matters such as monthly beverages for pantry, stationary, water dispensers, utilities bills monitoring.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, in manufacturing sector.
  • Good knowledge on Employment Act 1955.
  • Experience as a HR assistant or relevant human resources/ administrative position.
  • Fluent in Malay and English.
  • Minimum Diploma.
